Getting Around Orlando International Airport
Orlando International Airport (MCO) has the biggest car rental markets in the world. Most of the major companies are located on Level 1 on the A-Side and B-Side of the terminal, making it easy to pick up your car. You may not even need a shuttle. Stop for a bite to eat in the food court or visit one of the 150 stores and restaurants, where you’ll find everything from Harley Davidson and shoulder massages to Asian food and cinnamon buns.
Getting Around Orlando
MCO is conveniently located less than 25 minutes from Disney World and Universal Studios in the usual traffic. For a bit of quiet, it’s about half an hour from the airport to Winter Park, a cozy downtown area with shady sidewalks, upscale stores and sidewalk cafes. There’s even an Ikea 25 minutes away from the airport. To get around town in less time, look for toll roads.
